Wii Battle!

Super Smash Bros Brawl vs Mario Kart Wii

These two games both are some of the biggest original games by Nintendo. They have been around for such along time. Following like most games from Nintendo the new game in the series will come out around when the next gaming system come out. These two prestigious gaming titles have a lot of fans. The two games are so similar and yet so different. SSBB is a fighting style game. The game uses all different Nintendo characters. Characters from all different games. The game has plenty of entertainment and provides countless hours of fun. Mario Kart on the other hand only has characters from the Mario games. The game is all about racing. EXTREMELY simple controls and very addicting gameplay. I would recommend both of the games to anyone.

The two one player parts of the game differ to extremes. SSBB has a great campaign. You go through playing as your favorite characters and play through mazes, fight giant bosses, and avoid the shadow that is turning the players bad. This game become extremely epic with amazing cut scenes and returns of the most famous bosses in SSB history. I loved playing this game the fun really never stops. Of course the campaign can be frustrating. The campaign is great and makes it last longer is its great difficultly levels. I have to say it was a great campaign. Mario Kart doesn't really have as great of a difference between the multiplayer and the one player. You race on all of their many great maps and try and win the races. Don't get me wrong its still insanely fun because you earn better courses and drivers. In the end though I have to award SSBB this part of the battle for its outstanding campaign.

The next thing I will review about the games are their multiplayer. SSBB has a pretty good multiplayer. It brings new maps and some old famous ones from melee, but nothing from the original. I have to say the game goes on with the multiplayer. My friends and I would play this a lot when I got it. The game isn't that easy to control. But, the game is compatible with the game cube controller. So don't be afraid if your used to the melee game you it to your advantage. The online part of multiplayer isn't that great. It takes forever to find a game and then while you wait for the others you punch a punching bag. Not a very good online play. Mario kart is totally different. It brings back maps from all of its games. It has a great multiplayer and is amazing with the way they set it up. This game two had my friends and I playing a lot. I truly loved it. The online continues the strong multiplayers power. The online is amazing. You find a game almost instantly. The game has a lot of cheap players but the gameplay rules that out. Its a whole lot of fun and is fair with the way of choosing the maps. I don't see why not to hook up the wifi for it because it truly enhances the game. The winner of this part of the battle is Mario Kart.

The final observation is the special add ons. SSBB bring the ability to be able to create your own maps to play on in battle. Although this seems fun its not that great. Its really hard to make a map so it makes it to frustrating to do much. Mario Kart allows you to use your own miis to race. It gets to be a lot of fun especially online. In the end though for special add ons mario kart wins.

The final score was tough and very close but eventually Mario Kart Wii came out on top. The final score was Mario Kart 5.2 Super Smash Bros Brawl 4.8
