The Finals are set!!!!!

The two finalist are COD 6 and BB their battle will come soon. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!

Semi Finals Sly Cooper 1 vs Backyard Baseball 10

These two games are great and both showed that in the first round. Like I said last semi match I will not give full descriptions. BB being one in a series of games. Sly being the beginning to a series. Both are great games but who will emerge victorious.

In one player gaming between the two games sly won. Although backyard baseball has a great one player, Sly's has a better story. Also sly has an easy but pretty long campaign in which BB fails to do. I found that Sly just has a better campaign.

In multi player its not a contest. Sly has no multi player and BB has a great one. So BB wins that.

All in All, It was not very close. One fell short. The winner is....... Backyard Baseball 10. The Final score was BB 6 Sly 4

Semi Finals COD 6 (MW2) vs Mario Kart

PS3 vs Wii

These games both emerged victorious from the first round. One of them won by a landslide the other was very close. It doesn't matter they were two different situations. Both of them are parts in two long gaming leaders. Both are great games. But who will win? The difference is that I wont give the in depth descriptions of the game modes. The way you can find those is in the blog achieves and look for the battle they were in or go to www.aandmsreviews.blogspot.com and look for the full descriptions on the games. So let the battle begin!

In campaign the winner was Call of Duty. Mario Kart doesn't have a very good campaign. In the first round this is were Mario Kart fell short. Call of Duty's campaign is way better than Mario Kart's campaign. Even though its shorter than some its still great while it lasts.

The two multiplayers don't really compare Call of Duty wins it, with ease. Mario Kart won last time but that was because SSBB's online play was horrible. Call of Duty has amazing online play great splitscreen and its easy to connect with friends.

The Special features for the games are great. Again it was a landslide. Call of Duty blew Mario Kart out of the water. Call of Duty had a whole new style of game play and really made it fun with friends. All Mario Kart had was an ability to be able to race with your miis.

The final score is Call of Duty 7 Mario Kart 3. Thank for reading and check out www.aandmsreviews.blogspot.com and follow this blog!

Semi Finals!!!!!

DEAR Followers, The SemiFinals will be starting soon. The match ups will be Backyard Baseball vs. Sly Cooper and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 vs Mario Kart. They will be great matches so stay tuned and check because the first battle will be starting soon.

PS2 Battle

Guitar Hero III vs. Sly Cooper 1

Both of these games were a lot of fun and truly changed my perspective on video games. They made me avoid some and try others. Sly Cooper I found as one of my first games and from then I bought the rest of the series. My friend and I loved it. That game was all we would play at sleep overs. It was so much fun. Even though it was only one player I found it so great. Guitar Hero truly made me discover great music. I would play hours on end with this game I truly found it amusing. These two are great and it should be a great battle.

One player was ok for Guitar Hero, I found it fun but only the first time. The one player just involves you playing songs on one of the 4 difficulty levels. I found it fun and it has a good amount of hours that are put into it, but truly isn't as great with the continuous fun. So the campaign is only amusing for the most part on the first time around. Sly Cooper on the other hand succeeds in the campaign with flying colors. The cutscenes are amazing, the campaign very fun and tells a great story. I found this to be a lot of fun. You compleate missions and it makes it a lot of fun. After a easy desision Sly Cooper won by a land slide.

Multiplayer isn't even a contest Guitar hero wins. This is due to that Sly Cooper has no multiplayer. So yes Guitar gets the automatic win.

So in the end I was left with a tough desision go with the campaign or the multiplayer. I then came to a desision the winner is..... Sly Cooper. Although Sly has no multiplayer Guitar hero doesn't have a very good one and I would definetly say that the multiplayer doesn't win it so the choose is Sly Cooper. The Final Score is
Guitar Hero III 4.9 Sly Cooper 1 5.1

The Mixed Bag Battle

Backyard Baseball '10 (Wii) vs. DDR Extreme 2

In this match up we have to great games. One that I have been a long time fan of and one that I once had dream of getting. Although there is a few years separating the two games release dates, I will judge them on the way they were like when they came out. The two games are veterans of the series. They both have hours of entertainment. They both held my attention and were one of those games I couldn't stop playing. BB brought out the side of me that loved baseball and was one of the best sport games I played. I got '10 out of my love for the previous ones. It really had improved and quickly showed me that it truely was still a force to be reckoned with. DDR was somnething that I played at daycare when I was young. I loved it and begged my parents to get it for me. I loved playing and would play it for hours on end. I truly found it fun. Out of the two games i have from the DDR seires i think this one is the best. I think that the battle should start though so let me start with the one player.

DDR has an okay but addictive campaign. Its extremely simple play songs and if you do well you get more songs. There's not much to it. Also the songs you unlock are also unlocked for multiplayer. This makes the single player essential to play. This campaign differs from the others. Instead of just doing good on the songs on a menu like multiplayer, there's a bracket thing. All you do is choose a song on one branch of the bracket and play it. This helps a lot because say you just can't beat one of the songs then you can just move over to the other and continue on (NOTE: the choosing of the songs will differ the songs you unlock). Also there are great hidden songs to find so try every song for maybe a secret passage. BB also has an amazing one player mode. Not only can you make your own team and play a season with them, you can play tournaments, and randomized pick up games. It really keeps a player around with the one player. Also by getting achievements you can unlock new players. You also trade and add free agents. Also you can make your own player. There seems to have no end. Not only that but there's great co-op. You can see how polished it is. I think both of the one player modes are great and it is very close but I think that BB has a little bit better one player mode.

Multi player is a pretty good feature in DDR. DDR has an easy to navigate multi player and you get to play some great songs. This however isn't as entertaining as the one player mode. The multi player still has plenty of songs to choose from and a great screen display and very easy to see. It only has that though. There is not much to be said but that it is a pretty good multi player mode but not truly great. One plus is that it is so simple. It truly is okay. BB has a great multi player. You can have a co-op campaign with any of the one player modes. You can also face off in a game and be on the separate teams. You still have the ability to choose your team or just get random. I found this to be a great advantage for my friends and I. It made nearly everything multi player and one player. This helps when your alone or with friends just a great multi player. After not much thinking I found that BB was the winner of multiplayer.

After carefully thinking this threw I chose the obvious winner. The winner........... is going to be announcent after this break. JUST KIDDING! The winner is Backyard Baseball '10.
The final score was..... Backyard Baseball '10 6.5 and Dance Dance Revoluton Extreme 2 ( Wow thats a mouthful) 3.5

Wii Battle!

Super Smash Bros Brawl vs Mario Kart Wii

These two games both are some of the biggest original games by Nintendo. They have been around for such along time. Following like most games from Nintendo the new game in the series will come out around when the next gaming system come out. These two prestigious gaming titles have a lot of fans. The two games are so similar and yet so different. SSBB is a fighting style game. The game uses all different Nintendo characters. Characters from all different games. The game has plenty of entertainment and provides countless hours of fun. Mario Kart on the other hand only has characters from the Mario games. The game is all about racing. EXTREMELY simple controls and very addicting gameplay. I would recommend both of the games to anyone.

The two one player parts of the game differ to extremes. SSBB has a great campaign. You go through playing as your favorite characters and play through mazes, fight giant bosses, and avoid the shadow that is turning the players bad. This game become extremely epic with amazing cut scenes and returns of the most famous bosses in SSB history. I loved playing this game the fun really never stops. Of course the campaign can be frustrating. The campaign is great and makes it last longer is its great difficultly levels. I have to say it was a great campaign. Mario Kart doesn't really have as great of a difference between the multiplayer and the one player. You race on all of their many great maps and try and win the races. Don't get me wrong its still insanely fun because you earn better courses and drivers. In the end though I have to award SSBB this part of the battle for its outstanding campaign.

The next thing I will review about the games are their multiplayer. SSBB has a pretty good multiplayer. It brings new maps and some old famous ones from melee, but nothing from the original. I have to say the game goes on with the multiplayer. My friends and I would play this a lot when I got it. The game isn't that easy to control. But, the game is compatible with the game cube controller. So don't be afraid if your used to the melee game you it to your advantage. The online part of multiplayer isn't that great. It takes forever to find a game and then while you wait for the others you punch a punching bag. Not a very good online play. Mario kart is totally different. It brings back maps from all of its games. It has a great multiplayer and is amazing with the way they set it up. This game two had my friends and I playing a lot. I truly loved it. The online continues the strong multiplayers power. The online is amazing. You find a game almost instantly. The game has a lot of cheap players but the gameplay rules that out. Its a whole lot of fun and is fair with the way of choosing the maps. I don't see why not to hook up the wifi for it because it truly enhances the game. The winner of this part of the battle is Mario Kart.

The final observation is the special add ons. SSBB bring the ability to be able to create your own maps to play on in battle. Although this seems fun its not that great. Its really hard to make a map so it makes it to frustrating to do much. Mario Kart allows you to use your own miis to race. It gets to be a lot of fun especially online. In the end though for special add ons mario kart wins.

The final score was tough and very close but eventually Mario Kart Wii came out on top. The final score was Mario Kart 5.2 Super Smash Bros Brawl 4.8

PS3

MAG vs Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

Modern Warfare 2 Rated M MAG Rated T

In this battle I have put two highly hyped about games. Call of Duty is a huge game. The series of Call of Duty has truly become a Prestige gaming title. Everyone had their eyes on this sequel to the amazing Call of Duty Modern Warfare. When it came out it seemed to suprise no one that it flew though the gaming charts with flying colors. The game is still and large and looks extremely tough to beat. I'm truly not so sure about it though because MAG seems to be pretty big. The game had everyone talking. Upon the games release it sold quickly. This may be true but it got not amazing reviews from the big gaming companies. It truly looks bad for MAG but can it tough it out against the widespread craze of Call of Duty?

To start the battle off I will talk about the games Campaign. Call of Duty's campaign was consider short by many gamers. Most of the bad reviews based their reviews on this aspect. The campaign continues five years after the last game ended. The campaign mostly bases it off of the Army Rangers in which you play as Private Allen and fiend off the Russians on American soil. You also play as Roach a solider handpicked by General Shepherd himself. The Task Force 141 goes past enemy lines to fight this horrible battle. The major Antagonist is Vladimir Makarov and another one comes into play at the end. Call of Duty was a good Campaign but its very short. MAG is has no campaign. It has only online play. The online play is sort of a Campaign and a multiplayer combined. This in a way can be sort of better but, I don't think it beats Call of Duty. So the it's obvious who the winner is for the the first face off. Call of Duty has the better campaign.

The next is the multiplayer. The multiplayer has no comparison. Call of Duty has plenty of Maps and is adding more within there constant flow of new map packs. The multiplayer also has a great graphic and mindblowing sound effects that truely make you feel part of the battle. With all this and a well polished gameplay with east controls. All of this makes it easy to learn and extremely addicting. As if that isn't enough there is more stuff to earn on the game and the feature of splitscreen. It really is an amazing game. Mag really doesn't compare with all the gaming types. All Mag has is online. It has nearly no maps and very little types of gameplay. It also has horrible sound effects and ok graphics. So the obvious winner of this is Call of Duty.

The final judging is on other game types which as we already know MAG doesn't have any other game modes. Call of Duty though has Special Ops. This I will talk about next time though because there is nothing for it to compare with MAG.

The winner is...... Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2
The Final Score MAG 3 Call of Duty 7
